Even if he was looking for consultants to assist with DIDX related
issues, outsourcing customer service is not an unheard of practice.

We do provide support on DIDX related issues, but we really can not help
people configure 
there asterisks.

We provide free did number to users, to play with, and untill and unless
they are able to use 
that on there sip or iax2 account, we do not sell them anything.
