We have not charged anyone for support, but do reserve the right to.

Please keep in mind that if there is an issue on our end we do not 
intend to bill anyone for support, but if we are configuring or trouble 
shooing someone's pbx, switch or gateway there needs to be some sort of 
compensation for this service as our per minute rates do not leave us 
much margin to offer configuration support for free.
