Initial response: If you are in Europe you should especially evaluate
these folks. Briefly, we've found the following to be tru so far:

Fast email support turnaround
Easy setup (web site shows you the lines needed)
Good web interface
Good ping time (from here)
Good quality in our short tests. More later.
Good priving (in the areas that interest u)
The invoice you get (yes, there are bean counters in the next office)
is the best I've seen in the business.

We're just getting started with our tests, but they look promising.
