[asterisk-biz] Consultant Wanted: Gtalk with Asterisk and can provide service?

Hi Mog,
when i start asterisk-xmpp jabber module can register to jabber server 
(i use jabber.org)  and my gtalk can see asterisk online in contact.
When i start call from gtalk nothing happen. Now found call log in asterisk.
this is my jingle.conf
