Well, there's the problem. They stopped making them over 2 years ago
so there are no official sites for them. Apparently they partnered
with some large ISP that bought tens of thousands from Zhone and then
when they went bust in 2001 the market was flooded with used Zhone
Zplex 10 devices and Zhone was swamped with support requests and
couldn't sell them at full price anymore, so they abandoned them.

Now you can pick up a Zhone Zplex 10s channelbank on ebay for
$100-$200. also there are manuals and config utilities that you can
download from several places you can find on google.
