[Asterisk-biz] . call centre in cuba

Hi,

I have a potential customer for an asterisk based call center in cuba.  Does
anybody know what would be the best way to have roughly 2 E1s capacity from
Cuba to Spain (60 calls).  The usual questions apply: cost/quality/legality.

This is very early on and the person involved is doing a feasibility study
but he is based there and he already proved that impossible is possible in a
number of other businesess.  So if anybody is interested in potential
