[Asterisk-biz] Junction Networks, SellVoIP or IAX.CC?

Hello!

I'm looking for IAX origination/termination for my small business with the
following features:

1) At least 4 IAX incoming/outgoing simultaneous calls

2) Availability of Vanity toll-free numbers

3) Availability of DID in Herndon VA (area code 703)

4) Doesn't break the bank

So far, I've look at Junction Networks, SellVoIP and IAX.CC. Anything
good/bad to say about these? Any others I should be aware of?
