I don't get it.. Are they saying they own all electronic/non traditional 
faxing?

Seems odd that fax to email type service could be patented..

Can I patent email? Maybe the first person to setup an email service can 
patent it?

I am sure I just don't know enough about the suit, this is why I am asking.
