[Asterisk-biz] 'Interconnected' European operators

Hi Linus,

We have E1s for incoming DIDs and local call termination with NTL here 
in Dublin, Ireland.  The main (oldest & biggest) operator in Ireland is 
Eircom but there are a few other big players of which NTL is one (I'd 
say NTL are in 3rd place behind BT the UK computer but also in Ireland 
too after acquiring Esat which was started by Denis O'Brien).
