VoIP Supply is a great company. I have referred them to several people. They are hard-working and good-natured. Furthermore, I think by default, it is one of the biggest Asterisk supporters because it has such an incredible variety of VoIP devices.
My list of cos that I have worked with (that have dropped the ball) include several gigantic cos. including quite a few Fortune 1000 companies. I think VoIP Supply should be allowed to have a few imperfections...I can't believe there is anybody on this board that has had a love and kisses relationship with EVERY customer they have ever had. When it comes to servicing customers, I work consistently, that way at a minimum, you consistently improve. Otherwise, if you are doing business, you bound to have flukes and kooks! That's the nature of business.
Overall, VoIP Supply is consistent in its effort to satisfy its customers. I give that team major kudos..

Can't say it's ever happened to me with VoipSupply. Not to say that it
won't. It's happened to me with Dell, CDW, Ingram Micro, etc.... It happens
to everyone.
I have put in the special instructions before "Please notify me if this
will not make it by Month(Day)". Also request that they immediately provide
you with a tracking number.
I'm sure this is another one of those threads where Garrett jumps in and
makes a public apology. Maybe even gives the Asterisk community a 10%
discount? (hint hint).
Bottom line, they are a young (relatively) company, going through a huge
growth spurt. There will be kinks along the way and you got to feel it first
hand. I've had angry customers, so I know it doesn't make it better, but
VoipSupply is the all around best dealer for the Asterisk Community. They
actively participate here.

Hi!
I'm interested, right now my call volume is about 50000 minutes per month.
Can you send your full list by e-mail to r.barendse at ecem-it.nl
Are your routes all white or grey routes?

Try it at 110 baud with accoustic coupler cradle. If you have a paper
tape punch I can send you the source code for blackjack in basic.

Pardon my ignorance but I would appreciate a clarification on:
What is the difference between a white route and a grey route?
Is there any other color or "shades of grey" designation?
Thanks

White routes are legal high quality routes, while grey routes are usually illegal, highly unstable, poor quality but much cheaper.
