Hi.

We'll happily provide unlimited termination at per-port rate of 1c/minute
times 60 minutes per hour times 24 hours per day times 30 days per month.  
That's only 432$ per port, all you can eat.

Hint: Nobody will do it at the price you expect, because then you can just
use 'overflow routing' and keep this circuit "hot" 24/7.

If you can do it for *less* than 200$/month with guaranteed ASR etc, let
me know, I'll buy it, and save myself lots of money. :)

Not even if you start talking erlang capacity the price will change - the 
reality is that access tariff (or equivalent perminute fees) are billed 
without regard to hour of the day. 10000 minutes offpeak will be billed by 
ILEC at exactly the same amount as 10000 minutes during peak

[yes I am aware of corner cases, with people having bilk-and-keep ICA and
trunks that are close to capacity at peak, for whom the above doesn't 
hold. That's an exception that proves the point.]
