We just purchased 2 Polycom 501's (off ebay) to test with. I want to download the latest firmware but Polycom says we need to go through a VAR in order to get the firmwares. Is anyone out there willing to be our VAR for this purpose? :) Thanks, Matthew 832-200-8630
