You just should use in sip.conf something like:

[<your pap number>]
type=friend
secret=<your pap password>
context=proxyout
username=<your pap username>
host=dynamic
qualify=yes          
disallow=all
nat=yes             
dtmfmode=rfc2833
canreinvite=no
allow=g729

This will work.

Hi,
 Does anyone know how to make PAP2 work behind NAT routers?
I can get my PAP2 (192.168.1.x) to register to my Asterisk (on public IP),
and that's about it. Everything else beyond registration is not working.
 I am sure it can be done somehow. Can anyone please help?
