Dear Mr. Brent Clements ,
 That is main benefit of posting something on forum like this is in front of 
you.You responded within hours !! The last email reply we had from you is 
dated on 31st Aug where you said that you will ship the HDD and send us the 
tracking info . As far as I know that was on Wednesday and Labor holiday 
started on Friday. Since then I have sent you atleast 10 emails and left 6 
messages on your system , also contacted you on AIM and MSN . In response to 
your big email just give the audience specific answers :
 1. Where is the tracking info ? When have you notified us that the shipment 
has been done.
 2.Where are the replies ? If you want I can present all the emails here and 
I would like to see your replies ?
 3. Even in the office hours your number always go to voicemail . There are 
no direct contact numbers with us for you and how come we contact your 
family ? I was looking for your direct number on the post
 And yes on 31st Aug you offered free services as to the delay that you had 
, and I really appreciate that . But that doesn't mean you can make more 
delays , I need service rather than money. 
  The end , if you are think you are right go ahead and contact with me. 
Even in this reply u hav failed to give your number that works and the 
tracking info u said you already shipped. It is always a good excuse to run 
out in middle.
