[Asterisk-biz] Best stable asterisk release for SOHO for 35 users

Download from CVS and follow the instructions (on the Asterisk download
page) for loading the latest stable release - not the latest CVS
release. 

I always install that way and it always works great - except that I had
to create the pseudo nodes manually in order to make my Meet-Me
conferencing work properly.
