I do thousands of conferences a day using asterisk as the backend, most
are in the 5-50 user range, but many are in the 150+ range. (but, I use
app_conference, not app_meetme for them).

Detailed Technical requirement:
------------------------------

A License Agreement Holder shall offer the following minimum performance
requirements:
*	Provide a telephone operator for each call who is responsible
for coordinating and administering telephonic conference services with
the Pensions Offices.  Operators shall possess a basic knowledge of
Pension Office and Financial Investment Process and will treat all calls
as confidential matters.  
*	Capability to change the services required for a participant at
any point during an Investment Conference Session as designated by the
presiding Officer (for example, changing an active participation
designation to a "listen only" designation, removing a participant or
adding a participant);  
*	A "listen only" service giving designated parties the ability to
hear the Investment decisions , but not speak to others on the call;
*	Teleconferencing services for up to 100 participants (speakers
and "listen only" participants) on a telephone call;
*	Coordination of private conference and sub-conference calls
between the Investment Company and a single call participant or between
sequential groups of participants;
*	Investment Conference services shall be universally compatible
with current phone equipment (including physical PSTN or other Office
equipment and remote location equipment for Presiding Oficers on
travel).
*	Clear sound, adequate volume, volume control, sound balancing
and enhancement for good quality reception.
*	Assure that proper arrangements are made so that the telephonic
Investment Conference is able to be recorded by the  Pension Office on
the record of proceeding as though the participants are present in the
NY Pension office Physically.

3.2.	  Business Requirements
The Licensee, on behalf of participant(s) shall set up teleconferencing
based on the posted Investor Conference Schedules and shall seamlessly
integrate the telephonic conference services with little or no
disruption to the Pension Office's activities and without creating
additional duties or responsibilities for the Pension Office staff.    

The Licensee shall adhere to each individual Pension Office policies and
procedures regarding telephonic investment Conferences while providing
services.

3.3.	Equipment
Licensee shall provide all the equipment as necessary to provide
telephonic conference services to participants.  The setup of
sound/audio equipment in  Pension Office rooms differs from location to
location, as does the equipment available to the officer in his Office.
The License Agreement Holder may inspect The Pension Funds Offices to
determine what equipment is necessary for it to provide telephonic
Investment services.  Pension Funds Office shall not be responsible for
acquiring additional phone equipment and/or any Pension Office sound
system. Licensee shall provide such equipment at no charge to the
offices. Contractors shall be responsible for all costs associated with
repair, delivery, storage, installation and removal of its equipment.

3.4.	 Scheduling
The Licensee shall provide telephonic conference services as requested
by participants.  The officers presiding in each location will determine
the People scheduled each day.  The Licensee shall schedule calls using
the Pension Office calendar and shall not re-schedule any matter other
than as directed by the presiding officer.  Each NY Pension Office
maintains its own website, however, not all offices may choose to post
their calendars on the Internet.  The Licensee shall schedule calls
using either the web-posted docket or a hard copy requested and received
from the NY Officer.  The Licensee shall provide a participant who
schedules a telephonic conference with instructions in advance of the
scheduled call.  If there is not time to provide instructions before a
call is placed, the Licensee shall verbally review the instructions with
the participant when the call is scheduled.
At least 24 hours prior to a Invesment convening for the day, the
Licensee shall fax or email (depending on the preference of the Officer
) a call schedule to each NY Office.  If an Officer disapproves of any
scheduled calls, the Licensee shall honor all such decisions and shall
contact the participant(s) involved to cancel the call. 

4.	  Place of Performance
It is anticipated that the Licensee will perform work as described in
this Agreement at Albany or other work site.  

5.	  Government Furnished Property 
No Government Furnished Property (material, equipment, and/or
information) will be provided.  Satisfactory telephonic equipment
available in the Pension Offices may be used under this agreement.

6.	   Reports

Under CLINs 0001 through 0005F, Reports, the Licensee shall provide the
Pension Clerk with a semi-annual report listing the total monthly usage
by number of calls, number of participants, number of minutes, total
monthly revenue and other such detail as may be required for telephonic
conference under this agreement.  The Licensee shall provide the same
information in a consolidated report, itemized by Pension office name
and location address(es) to the COTR of the Master License Agreement.
Licensee shall provide the COTR with the name of the person responsible
for generating the reports and phone number.  These reports are due to
the Clerks of the Pension Office and the Master License Agreement COTR
on March 31 and September 30 of each performance period.  The reports
shall be sent electronically and shall be accessible by Microsoft Office
bundled software.
