Keep in mind that all We know from Brent is that He is in Northern
Virginia.he could be in the greater McClean/Vienna area and have 4-5 options
but be out of a central office 20 miles outside of DC and only have Verizon.

I agree with Tom. I've worked out of Northern Va and it is quite a
competitive place. While I can't tell you the pricing we pay for our
PRI's (confidentiality) your pricing should be much more in line with
what Tom has quoted.
I've only seen pricing that high on low commitment lines that are
installed for just a short amount of time (like for large scale events
that only last a week).
