[Asterisk-biz] 900 provider

I've been getting a lot of spam faxes lately, with some kind of poll
like "HURRICANE KATRINA GOOD OR BAD"? Where I am instructed to circle
my selection and fax it back to a 900 number. Not sure of the legality
of this, though.
