I am looking for quotes for inbound IAX connections and also outbound VoIP
termination.  We also need quotes for DID's.

We currently have approx 8,000 users which will be using our service
throughout the United States.  Each of the 8,000 will require their own DID
with caller id capability.

We will also need worldwide DID and termination since we have a few
thousand additional customers spread out around the globe.
