Dear Sanjay,

You can look for channel based service from ipcomms.net they have a good
flat channel base service for the US.

DIDx.org will have channel based service from the first quarter of the next
month.

In the mean time I would like to recommend you to spend 3$ a month extra for
a UK did from member id *701077* ( Select when buying) If you would like to
offer UK based calling cards on the same server

The guy is offering upto 60 channels with no per min fee on it, is a good
carrier and has added over 63000 did's on the didx. ( click on his member
INFO) on the did info page.
