They are exceptional good at indoor and outdoor.

It is definitely not design to be left outdoor under any circumstances since
it is still a piece of electronic equipment. 

But the external antenna gives the extra boost to picking up signal at
difficult places. 

As long as you can pick up signal with a normal mobile.
You will able to pick up signal on this box.

What's the general office building range?  Doesn't exactly look like it's
built for environment, but how far can you maintain connection if outdoors?
(Just trying to save some time on math and get a real world opinion on these
things..)
