[Asterisk-biz] Billing software

Version 1.2 was somewhat linked to AgileBill.  AgileBill was used to 
process payments.  The configuration you mention is more than what I run 
it on.  I run it on FC 2 and FC 1 as well as FreeBSD.  The requirements 
are minimal.
