That is good policy if it is really implemented. If somebody says "never
email me again" it is the right thing to do.

The most antispam-friendly thing I have ever seen is a web page where
you can remove entire domains. You enter the domain name and it sends a
confirmation email with clickable link to the admin or technical contact.
