I never said I was, however everything I said can easily be verified.  

note these are not the 'official wikipedia links' so some on this list

with me that spam can violate 18 USC 1030, specifically this is over the
myspace.com incident recently.  Of which a conviction was obtained.
(there are other issues so you have to read through the document to find
the spam references specifically).

For 18 USC 1030(g) to be invoked no criminal prosecution need apply.
