[Asterisk-biz] Price on new, "retail" channel bank

Rhino is cheap [I think they are either $1000 or $1500] and works well 
and I even have an extra one I'll unload for $500.  Used once.  Customer 
wanted the other port type and Rhino didn't support it.  [eitther FXS or 
FXO I forget].
