There is always chan_bluetooth and a handset.  Ugly from a provider
point of view.  


Does 2n make the 1024 sim server?  I think it was someone else I was
looking at that had that, basically they have a multichannel MS system
and its compatible with their 1024 SIM server.  I can try to find out
who makes that if its not 2n, I know I briefly got onto their webserver
before I got plagued by the timeouts again...
