Hi Melisa,

We've havnt used these devices, so can't help specifically, however you do 
need to make sure that you have sufficent distance between the various bits 
of equipment - do not site the antenna, gateway and ATA close together. If 
possible site all three items 3-4 yards/metres apart from each other 
minimum.
