[Asterisk-biz] some things that really suck in customer support

I try to avoid the whores, so I would not know. I do know however in 
most cases you get what you pay for. If you pay premium prices you 
shopuld get support. If you pay rock bottom prices, you should not 
expect too much

I think in either case, anyone running asterisk on a live mission 
critical operation supporting any calling to the PSTN, YOU should have 
your own contingency plan in place, especially when dealing with the 
cheapest vendors. .
