[Asterisk-biz] voipjet?

Yes... when doing an echo test.. or calling out over any other of the
providers I use... or any of my PRI lines.... I can hear the DTMF
tones just fine... it's only voipjet that I'm having an issue with,
and only after the first DTMF tone is sent..  Clearly I don't think
I'm going to get anywhere here.
