[Asterisk-biz] DID purchasing requirements?

            Anyone know what the requirements are to purchase blocks of DIDs
these days? Do you have to be a xLEC or something? Is it left up to the
state to determine that? I called the Texas PUC today, got transferred a
couple times then hung-up on. I felt like calling the PUC complaint line to
complain about my PUC experience.

            I'd like to buy an exchange or at least a block of 1000.
