[Asterisk-biz] US DIDs and PSTN Termination

Hi all
 
We tried to signup with both voicepulse and nboom for US DIDs and PSTN
termination but they will only accept US Credit cards, and are not
interested in bank transfers or any other way of paying them!!!!
 
Any suggestions for US DIDs and PSTN termination that will accept
international credit cards or wire transfers?
