[Asterisk-biz] Take Back and Transfer with VoIP Provider?

Hello all:

I'm testing out a small installation of Asterisk for on off-shore call
center that my company operates. I have been asked to provide a
facility that in old-school telco I would have used Take Back and
Transfer for.

Essentially, our agents will be making outbound calls to US points
that eventually will need to be transfered to a location in the US for
higher level interaction. Instead of tromboning the call to our
off-shore location and back and paying for both legs I want to find a
way to have the provider tear down the voice path to my off-shore
location and re-terminate the call to the specified number in the US.

Any providers out there doing anything like this on SIP or IAX? (Or
for that matter is it even possible?)
