[Asterisk-biz] credit card payment

We pay $29.95 for our merchant account and less then $50 for startup 
fees.  Any reputable business should not have just one merchant account 
but TWO.  I don't know about you, but having my phones cut off because 
i didn't go to my paypal account and add more funds to my account 
doesn't sound like a good idea.  I want my phone company to charge my 
card every month for what I owe, so I don't have to worry about that.  
You can exactly do that with any of those billing services.

Beware of the Merchant Account Scams around you.

Merchant Accounts rip you off if your transaction volumes are less than
$5000 a Month with fees like
-Setup charge
-Shopping cart and Software charge
-gateway fee
-Annual Maintennance fees
-Monthly Rstatement fees
-Discount rate ( 2.25 to  3%)
-Per transaction fee ( $0.25 to $0.35 )

If you are a startup and does not have much business, PayPal is the best
from all accounts.

them between 1999 and 2001. My recommendation is not based on my past
employment with them, but I have also been it's user all the time, till
now and am quite happy with it, inspite of the fact that PayPal also
rips you off if you collect payments from outside US into your US
account.
