Well,

we are an authorized SNOM partner, but you can buy SNOMs
all over the place, just google for it.

The Elmeg seems to be mainly on sale in Germany
(and the UK). They seem to be exactly the same as the
SNOM 190 apart from the silver colored function keys.
They also cost about the same, and can be
upgraded with SNOM firmware.
