There is no tax on VoIP in the US.

My servers are in California, USA (I am in Jamaica). I just want to be
sure that I am playing by all the rules. I noticed most web based
calling cards have taxes in the 30% region (not sure if its per state or
federal). If these taxes are for real, and I would be exempt (because I
am not in the US) that would be super.
