Hi Chuks,
I'm based in Nairobi, Kenya and could probably be of help. I have
Asterisk up and running but not sure how to provide you with the
service you are requesting. Some ISP tried that out recently and got
their lines disconected forthwith by the sole Telco. Mobile operators
however don't have a problem so we could probably look at it.
