Yes, I would sent you  a more easy-packed installation this week.

We did not setup the phone to do calls because we though most of the 
people would use WebPhone to DO their own calls, from CiberCafes, Web 
Shops, etc..... If there is enough interest to add that funtionaly, we 
would add it (we would need a strong redisign of the source code, but we 
would study it).

I agree that the install needs to be cleaned up. But I see a lot of
value even if the phone cannot receive calls. 
Do you have a package that I can install in my local web server to play
with?
