You posted the entire list digest back to the list and typed just two 
sentences at the end. So something like 0.2% of the message was original and 
everything else was reposted. 

Now think about it. The next digest will contain the whole of the last digest 
because you reposted it. Not once but twice! So it will be 3 times longer 
than it need to be. If a few more people do that, the list will soon be 
unusable.

You should have posted a new message instead of just pressing reply and 
reposting the whole digest back to the list. 

You should also change the subject line to make it relevant to your post.

I suggest you do a google search for "email list etiquette" and come back when 
you have learnt to use a mailing list.
