The practice of law in the United States of America (where both this 
mailing list and your email domain are hosted) is a regulated industry. 
  Are you purporting to be an attorney, or are you attempting to 
practice law without a license?

If you are an attorney, will you please disclose your full name and 
state of licensure so that those of us who wish to rely upon your advice 
may do some due diligence?
