How to prevent credit card problems in the telephone business!


Always require that your clients send you via fax or e-mail the following
information prior to accepting their credit cards.

	1)	A copy of their identification (such as their drivers
license or passport);

	2)	A copy of the front and back of their credit card; and

	3)	A letter of authorization allowing your company to charge
services against this specific customers credit card.

If you have this information, you will never suffer any chargebacks!
