[Asterisk-biz] Looking for worldwide DID

It is a worry to see so many DDI offers from people who is not ready to 
publish their own company names..

All those gmail or hotmail subscribers.. who say, "yep, we can do it"

Can you not run your own email domains, or can you not make it public.. 
why ?
