I looked at the Uniden phone here. I have questions?

1) This is just another cordless phone. What is the VOIP part in this
phone?

2) What are the features that this set has, that is not in any other
Cordless phones?

The new Uniden UIP1868 is shipping late this week. We have the only
available stock of these as far as I know, so if anyone is interested in
picking one up for Asterisk interoperability testing now's your chance. 
If you have not seen these, the unit is comprised of a wired SIP base
station, and includes (1) wireless remote handset. Base station will
support up to (10) wireless handsets.
