They bought a company (the name escapes me now) to get into this market.
They felt it was good to offer an all around solution.  Like they bought
out security companies to do their managed security offerings.  Its the
wave of the future (and has been for quite a while).  But out companies
to offer everything so you can get money out of people one way or the
other.
