Hi:

The reason that there is a per minute charge for the DID's in the US is
because that is what Level3 charges us.   If you have T-1's or DS3's in
given areas then there is not a per minute charge.   However, there is a
basic charge which runs between $400 - $550.00 per month including all the
bullshit fees such as taxes, fcc and etc.   On top of that there is the
basic internet charges to handle the traffic.  

We have noticed that our current clients use very little incoming services.
Some of our larger clients use maybe a hour a day of incoming.
