Dear Customers,
1- We are exploring the possibility of offering DIDs. It would only be for
recreational use, and expressly for nothing mission-critical. We would
receive the call audio stream directly from Level(3) and pass it to you via
IAX. We would offer most major cities in the USA for a total of over 5000
different areas. Please contact voipjet.com (our fastsupport email address)
if you have interest, it will help us decide whether we wish to go forward
with this or not.
Pricing:
Tier1: $1.49/month and 1.3cents/min (major cities)
Tier2: $1.49/month and 1.6cents/min
Tier3: $1.49/month and 1.9cents/min (mostly remote areas)

2- CHILE: We have changed our primary carrier for Chile, based on a report
of poor quality and an ACD (Average Call Duration) of less than 4 minutes.
We thank this customer and HOPE THAT OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL LET US KNOW WHEN
BAD CALLS OCCUR CONSISTENTLY.
One bad call can happen to any destination. But consistently bad calls need
to be reported.
Sometimes on public message boards customers state they are using VoipJet
but looking for better quality to a particular destination. Let us know,
first! We are trying to move VoipJet 'upscale' with higher and higher
quality termination.
3- ARGENTINA: We recently changed primary carriers for Argentina, to a
company that specializes in that area. ACD has dropped to 2 minutes, quite
the opposite of what we wanted, and we would really appreciate your
feedback.
4- BRAZIL: Like for Argentina, we switched to a carrier that specializes in
the region. ACD has improved for 5 minutes. If everyone is happy (or as
happy as before) we'll keep routing the same as it is now and reduce our
prices thanks to this new carrier.
Thanks,
John
