You look at your current calls and see what it would mean to pay X amount per
call. Does it raise or lower your bill? Remember to include ALL costs to
compare the bottom line.
I think you also got the pricing wrong. 5c per call is cheap, but my guess is
that he charges 5c per minute. Which, VoIP speaking, is not a very good price
at all.
Is it 1 second increments, 6 second, 60 second? Lower is cheaper as you are
less likely to get overcharged.
You should not have to pay more than 2c per minute on any volume.
