No, this is the phone that does native GSM when it can, but can move to IP 
over 802.11 when it can't.

Nothing impossible. No rocket science either. (A matter of sending a 
REINVITE over 802.11 connection to transfer traffic to it, and GSM 
equivalent when signal level is below some threshold).
