What can I expect to pay for DIDs in NY,NJ,CT? I will initially need 50 to 100 of them. I am looking to use IAX or SIP, preferably IAX. I would like to pay for incoming minuets and pay less for the actual DID. Any suggestions? You can contact me either on or off the list. Thanks, -Josh L
