He chares 69$ a month for 1gb bandwith and a machine, and works pretty decent.

Or you can look at ev1servers.net they charge 99$ for 1gb.

You get root access so u can install anything u want.

We have hosted * with them before, and it worked pretty well.

For your DID i can give you NYC did for 3.5$ a month per channel and other areas 
also for similar Rates.
