[Asterisk-biz] Asterisk colocation with T1 service?

Someone posted a few months ago that they offered data and voice
colocation (with unmetered IP bandwidth if it was just used for Asterisk
administration). and now I'm really in the market for a service like this.
 Does anyone know of places that do this?  New York preferred but we'll
look elsewhere if we can get New York DIDs and toll-free service.  I'm
looking for voice via T1/PRI, not via IAX.
